Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via the carrier you have chosen with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Parcels can also be sent via another carrier and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

You have the option of replacing or returning the items if they do not match. However, there are certain conditions:

  • Notify the exchange request by generating a return from your order within 14 days after delivery of it to your home or to your relay point.

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn

  • The items will be returned at the customer's expense, via a prepaid label that will be sent to you when your return is accepted by MOREAU SPORT, regardless of the delivery method chosen for your initial order.

  • Note that the return address is already pre-encoded on the RETURN label.

  • If the original packaging is too damaged, you can use your own reinforced packaging.

  • Products on sale or benefiting from a promotional code cannot be refunded. If they are returned by the customer, they will be subject to a credit note valid for 1 year on the site.



Instructions for returning one or more items from your order:

 

1 - Go to the order history and details tab of your customer account.

2 - Click on the "Details" button which allows you to view your order. Choose the product(s) from your order that you wish to return to us. Indicate a reason for return and click on "Request a product return"

3- You will then be able to view the requested return and follow its status in the My product returns tab

4- Once your return has been validated by our after-sales team, the status of your return will change to "Waiting for the package" and you can download and print the return form. Finally, go to the Colissimo Returns tab

5- Download your prepaid label, stick it on your parcel (in which you will have slipped your return form) and drop off your parcel at your post office or colissimo relay.

 

 

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered as not complying with our return policy and will not be refunded.

 

Price of the return: The RETURN shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and amount to

FRANCE/MONACO: 5.83 euros

EU OUTSIDE FRANCE: 10.00 euros

DOM TOM: 15.00 euros

SWITZERLAND: 20.00 euros

CANADA/USA: 25.00 euros

OTHER COUNTRIES: 25.00 euros

If an entire order benefiting from free one-way postage is returned, the one-way postage is deducted from the refund or credit sent to the customer.

Once the return package has been received by our teams, you will receive a credit note valid on our website.

- What should I do if my product is defective?

If your item has a defect, please send an email to the after-sales service at the following address: eboutique@christian-moreau.com, attaching photos of the latter. Your request will be studied as soon as possible and you will obtain a prepaid return slip as well as the return of the product or the refund
