Ordering policy
By placing a written order, the customer acknowledges the terms of sale, delivery and payment which are mentioned below. Minimum order quantity of 2 pieces.
Special Orders are made to customer’s specifications and just for you. Therefore, these items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of proved Moreau’s error or quality defect and confirmed by the Moreau company
Material and care instructions
Only high-quality fabrics are used, sourced from the best European suppliers.
Care instructions must be respected (See the instructions on the care label or our website).
We draw the customers' attention to the risks of alteration or discoloration in case of non-compliance with care instructions, use of cosmetic products or, in rare cases, due to excessively acidic sweating, especially the fabrics, such as mystics, metallized, holograms.
Size chart
Please reference the detailed instructions in our sizing chart and guide to sizing. Also, size depends on cut and fabric selected.
Sizing kits can be sent within the limits of our available stocks. We will not be responsible for products ordered that do not fit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered, therefore items that do not fit cannot be returned or exchanged.
Prototype
On request, we can make your prototype, selected according to your choice of colors and size and on the basis of a price offer. You can use it as a reference to place your final order.
2 prototypes can be made per project. Only one can be returned, and a credit note is offered subject to a one-month return. The other one remains invoiced and cannot be returned nor exchanged. Any act of copying or counterfeiting is subject to legal proceeding.
Reorder
It is always possible to reorder the products you have already ordered for new members for example, as long as the fabric is still available.
If it is no longer available, because we cannot guarantee the ranges of our suppliers, we will offer you a similar fabric, for the same model.
Delivery time
From 6 to 8 weeks as soon as you place your order and subject to payment of the 50% deposit.
All orders are sent by our approved carriers.
Any delay in delivery do not give the right to cancel the order, demand compensation or withhold payments.
Payment
50% upon receipt of written order confirmation, balance on invoice date. From the 3rd reminder, we send your personal details to a collection agency, the additional costs are your responsibility.
Payment in full (100%) must be received upon receipt of written order confirmation for all new customers.
Price
All our prices are in € (EUROS), all taxes included (VAT or any other import taxes). Prices are set according to the quantity ordered and with a departure from Saint Michel sur Rhône (France).
Prices are subject to change.
Complaint
Any complaint is limited to one month past the shipment of your products. No complaint will be accepted after this time period.
Retention of title
Any products remain our property until they are fully paid based on the invoice.

Price
All our prices are in € (EUROS), all taxes included (VAT or any other import taxes). Prices are set with a departure from Saint Michel sur Rhône (France).
Prices available on www.christian-moreau.com cancel automatically all previously published prices.
Shipping cost
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated during the ordering process.
Our packages are shipped by our approved carriers.
The flat rate shipping cost includes cost of shipping, packaging, carriage and import taxes to non-EU countries.
Payment
The products are sent with the delivery note.
payment is made at the time of ordering on the website. Your invoice is available in your online customer area.
Delivery
Our items are delivered all over the world except in the countries of our EXCLUSIVE distributors (refer to our website). We guarantee full coverage of the value of the goods in the event of loss or damage during shipping to your home, proof of delivery from the carrier as proof. Consequently, the transfer of responsibility is carried out.
Returns
You can return the products to Moreau within the legal deadline, clean, in perfect condition, labeled, in its original packaging including the invoice and the return note.
Customer pays shipping charges and you will need to report your return on our website in order to get the return note corresponding to your products.
In case of you do not pay the shipping charges, a fixed amount of 15 € will be invoiced to you.
The post office will provide you with proof when the package is returned. We recommend that you keep it as proof of shipping in case your package is lost or not delivered.
All requests for exchanges or new items are considered a new order. In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, we reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders.
New logo
Starting from the 27th of april 2022, all product will be product with the new logo. You might purchase a product that show the old logo on picture but receive your order with the new logo.
We will not accept this cause for reclamation or return.
Complaint
Any complaint is limited to 14 days past the shipment of your products. No complaint will be accepted after this time period.
Warranty
You benefit from the provisions of the legal warranty against manufacturer defect and hidden defects. Normal wear and deterioration due to abnormal use or poor treatment are excluded from the warranty.
Liability
Moreau cannot be held responsible for the completeness, the news and accuracy of the content of the website or for the misuse of content by any user and by third parties. Moreau disclaim all responsibility in this context
In any case, our liability is limited to direct damage caused by one's own acts committed intentionally or through gross negligence.
Data protection
We use the data you send us for the execution and smooth running of your order, to communicate with you, to send catalogs and newsletters in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR.
Export of our products
All the products available on our website www.christian-moreau.com, and in our various catalogs, are in euros (€) all taxes included (VAT or any other import taxes).
